Community Benefits

At Nestlé Waters, we are firmly committed to what we call our “Good Neighbor Policy." It’s a set of 10 principles that help us define how we can take an active and positive role in the communities we call home. Nestlé Waters follows sound business practices to provide healthful beverages while managing our environmental resources, and is committed to bringing good, environmentally friendly jobs and a stronger economy to the states in which we operate.

Our Denver bottling facility employs 37 people and plans to hire 13 more in 2009. In addition to our local employment, we also purchase from local suppliers to support our operations. As a business neighbor in Colorado, we strive to meet the needs of our consumers and the needs of our fellow Coloradoans. Whether providing water in times of crisis, volunteering to assist at a special event, or supporting a local cause, we strive to be an exemplary citizen, an active community member and friend. Since the beginning of our operations in May 2007, Nestlé Waters has donated over 200,000 bottles of water to support local causes, including donating several truckloads of bottled water to assist with the Alamosa municipal water crisis in early 2008.
